This recall includes the "Find the Bear" soft fabric children's books that have various fabric flaps and accessories sewn or attached to the pages. The cover has blue and purple horizontal stripes and a panda bear on it. The Manhattan Toy logo is on a sewn-in label. The lot code "208150 AJ" is on a different sewn-in label.

Concern/Hazard


The book uses metal grommets to attach fabric flaps to a page in the book. These grommets can detach, posing a choking hazard.

Confirmed Incidents


The manufacturer received one report of a metal grommet detaching from the page with no injuries reported in relation to this incident.

Remedy


Consumers should stop using the books immediately and contact the manufacturer or return the book from the place of purchase for a full refund.
