This recall involves the Lidl Playtive Junior Wooden Grasping Toy. The toy is a wood elephant with four blue wheels. In the middle of the toy is a space for little hands to grasp. The model number, HG04414, is located on the bottom.

Concern/Hazard


The wheels on this wooden toy can detach and small parts can be potentially released that pose a choking hazard.

Confirmed Incidents


No incidents or injuries have been reported.

Remedy


Customers should take the toy away from children, stop using it, and return it to any Lidl store for a refund.
