This recall involves Infantino Infant carriers under the names Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic, Flip Front2back, and Up Close Newborn infant carriers. The front-facing carriers are cotton with a front padded pouch. They have a black body with black straps or a gray body with black straps. Only carriers with the following lot codes are included in this recall. This information is identified on the label sewn inside the carriers.
