This recall includes the wood Green Sprouts brand flower rattle. The multi-colored rattles are natural wood and measure 2.5" by 2.5" by 4". Attached to the handle are three round flower shaped balls, one with a silver metal bell, all of which are attached to the handle with an elastic cord. The words "Green Sprouts," "Made in Taiwan" and a date code (14714 or 21815) are imprinted on the circular handle.

Concern/Hazard


Parts of the toy/rattle can become detached, creating a potential choking hazard.

Confirmed Incidents


i play has three reports of parts detaching from the rattle with no injuries reported.

Remedy


Consumers should take rattles away from babies immediately and contact i play for information on how to receive a $50 coupon code for the purchase of a new product.
