This recall relates to the 11" "Forky" plush toy from Disney Pixar's popular Toy Story 4 movie. This toy comes with poseable arms, base, a rainbow on top of the foot, and "googly" eyes. The eyes have three parts including a white base, a clear dome, and a black disc inside the dome. A tracking code can be found on the label sewn to the base. The following tracking numbers are affected:

Concern/Hazard


The "googly" eyes on the toy can become detached, which creates a choking hazard for young children.

Confirmed Incidents


None

Remedy


Consumers should take the toy away from children immediately and return it to any Disney Store, Walt Disney World, or Disneyland Resort store for a complete refund.
