This recall includes the DaVinci Bailey Bassinets for infants. The wood bassinets come in gray (M0934G), espresso (M0934Q), natural (M0934N) and white (M0934W). The product model number "0934" is located on the label attached to the mattress support board, as well as the external package. The bassinets are 38 in L X 20 in W X 30 in H and weigh approximately 21 lbs.

Concern/Hazard


The legs on the bassinet can break creating a fall risk for babies that can result in injury or death.

Confirmed Incidents


There have been 19 reports of broken legs and no reports of injuries.

Remedy


The remedy for this recall is a repair. Consumers should stop using the bassinet and contact the manufacturer for the free support leg replacement repair kit.

Parents are encouraged to remove the legs and use the product on the floor or alternate safe sleep surface such as a crib.
